Please inspect your package(s) thoroughly and carefully upon receipt.

All media products are non refundable or exchangeable once they are opened unless defective.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!  We will replace one (1) defective discs per set within 14 days of purchase.  Buyers are responsible for returning the defective discs back to us within 14 days after receipt.  To expedite your replacement, please include a detail note as to what is wrong with the DVD. Be specific as possible, otherwise your return will be delay since we have to go through the entire DVD first before contacting you. We will test the discs and forward them to our supplier if necessary for an exchange. 

Many times these defective discs are tested ok.  In this case, buyer will have to pay for the return postage to send them back.  From our experiences, most of the skipping is due to dirty head in the player.  We suggest that you try to clean your DVD player as well as the discs as this might solve the problem. However, if it fails after trying this step, please feel free to contact us to make return arrangements.


NO REFUNDS or RETURNS due to unsatisfactory with Subtitles and Picture Quality. We are a reseller and not the publisher.

NOTE: Customers are responsible for any cost incur when returning the item(s) back to us for inspection/exchange. If item is defective as claim, we will send you a replacement at our own cost.
